Being a human can be overwhelming and complicated. It is not unusual to be bombarded with uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that you may not be sure how to cope with.  This can lead to poor self-worth, perfectionism, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, bullying or difficulty making friends, impulsive or destructive behaviors, and difficulty communicating needs.

I make it my mission in therapy to help clients do what works. I adapt treatment around your wants and needs and identify small steps we can take together to help you finally find that life you want to live. Whether you are struggling to heal from past relational wounds, feel crippled by big emotions that you can’t seem to control, or have difficulty developing and maintaining meaningful relationships in your life, we can get curious together to find healing.
